PUBLIC ADVISORY - MR. JEFFERSON AMBE, a former Contract of Service, assigned at the National Veterinary Quarantine Services Division – Central Office, is not connected with the Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI)

In addition to the above, this is to reiterate that the issuance of Local Shipping Permit by the National Veterinary Quarantine Service Division of the Department of Agriculture - Bureau of Animal Industry is free of charge, as per DA Administrative Order No. 05 Series of 2019.

Please report to the Bureau if you have made any recent transactions with the abovementioned personnel related to the processing and acquisition of Online Local Shipping Permit.
