BAI PCPP PCMVLP Signs MOU on distribution of AI Test Kits

The MOU covers the joint undertaking among BAI, PCPP and PCMVLP in the distribution of Avian Influenza (AI) rapid test kits to local government veterinarians in select high risk areas. This will hasten the detection of the virus and enable LGUs to act swiftly in mitigating the spread of AI.

As of September 15, 2022, there are three (3) municipalities with ongoing cases of AI. Eight previously affected cities/municipalities have recovered and 33 cities/municipalities have no reported cases for more than 90 days. ###
