Animal Facility
Facility Registration
Pursuant to Section 2 of Republic Act 8485 (RA 8485) or the Animal Welfare Act of 1998 and Department of Agriculture – Administrative Circular No. 4 series of 2015 (DA-AC No. 4 series of 2015) which provides for the mandatory registration of all facilities involved in breeding, treatment, sale or trade or training of live animals.
Transport - Non Livestock
Pursuant to Section 3 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of the amended Animal Welfare Act of 1998 which states that the Director of the Bureau of Animal Industry shall supervise and regulate the establishment, operation and maintenance of any form of structure for the confinement of animals where they are bred, treated, maintained, or kept either for sale or trade or for training purposes, as well, as the transport of such animals in any form of public or private transportation facility.
Animal-Event
Animal-Event Veterinarian
Pursuant to the Bureau of Industry – Memorandum Circular No. 17 series of 2022 (BAI – MC No. 17 series of 2022) which provides for the registration of all Animal-Event Veterinarians
Animal-Event Organizer
Pursuant to the DA-AC No. 4 series of 2015 and BAI-MC No. 17 series of 2022 which provides authorization to an entity to organize an animal-related event/activity.
Animal-Event Clearance
Pursuant to DA-AO No. 32 series of 2000 and BAI-MC No. 17 series of 2022 which provides authorization to an entity to conduct an animal-related event/activity.
