Notice of Postponement-Pre-bid and Bid Opening October 25 Nov 06

ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS AND OBSERVERS

This is to inform prospective bidders and invited observers that the schedule for our procurement
activities has been postponed again due to the suspension of work in government offices related to
the forecasted continuous heavy rainfall from Severe Tropical Storm “Kristine”.
In addition, under Section 29. Bid Opening of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules of R.A. 9184, “In
case the bids cannot be opened as scheduled due to justifiable reasons, the BAC shall take custody of
the bids submitted and reschedule the opening of bids on the next working day or the soonest possible
time through the issuance of Notice of Postponement to be posted in the PhilGEPS website and the
website of the procuring entity concerned.”
