CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF BUSINESS OR MAYOR'S PERMIT UNDER RENEWAL FOR BAI LIVESTOCK, POULTRY, ANIMAL PRODUCTS, AND BY-PRODUCTS HANDLERS' REGISTRATION AND LICENSE TO OPERATE TRANSPORT CARRIER

This Memorandum Circular is issued to inform all concerned applicants for the Bureau of Animal Industry's (BAI) Livestock, Poultry, Animal Products and By-products Handlers' Registration and License to Operate (LTO) Transport Carrier that, as a temporary measure, the Bureau shall accept Business or Mayor's Permits that are currently undergoing renewal with respective Local Government Units (LGUs), subject to the following conditions.
