PUBLIC ADVISORY: Discontinuance of the issuance of the Certificate of No Objection (CNO)

The Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) has discontinued the issuance of Certificates of No Objection (CNO) following the issuance of Department Circular No. 33, Series of 2026, which superseded the previous transitional guidelines. Stakeholders are advised to comply with the applicable registration requirements for Animal Health Products and Devices when applying for product registration with the BAI.
